1. if 2 SMMA WEIGHTED CLOSE CROSS UP the DAY OPEN LINE open LONG
at new candle

2. if 2 SMMA WEIGHTED CLOSE CROSS DOWN the DAY OPEN LINE open SHORT
at new candle
